In real life police would have opened fire the moment they began to use their vehicles in a threatening manor by wrecklessly driving in the grass & circling the officers, putting their lives in danger. Not to mention they would have immediately secured the suspect inside of one of their vehicles, to keep them out of harms way and to ensure they don't run off in all the chaos. Instead of doing all that, they realized that it's just a game and decided to make as much content out of it as they could. You can't unironically claim one side is in the wrong when the other side is blatantly not valuing their lives.

I find some of these problems so strange, like the devs started from scratch with 4.0 without any feedback from 3.0. Weren't the spikes time delay + temporary on 3.0 so you had to time it to hit a moving vehicle then it would retract? Why is cuffing not a quicktime event for cops too? That would be a good balance to the 3 strikes rule before they instacuff. I could go on and on, but all I hear is yapping and no constructive suggestions.

Since when they weren't At All cooperative to knock back charges etc. they said that it is how it is because they didn't catch the main-suspect who was the driver... aka Ramee and he was voice id'd by cops which I would imagine is the reason they would even Have a Main-Suspect that they didn't catch. Didn't give basically anything (in terms of knocking time down or documents) to him as he was a lawyer in the cells and there was like the whole pd sorting it out. So I was thinking it doesn't make any sense if they don't rp here that they suspect Ramee being involved and it being a big deal.. They did say the driver was the not caught main-suspect. Then now he isn't even mentioned in the whole going this over like he wouldn't have been their main-target.. So did something happen in between or is this just bad pd rp where everyone knows and acts like Ramee is ofc a criminal but it isn't investigated/talked openly like they then should? If they act like it then they should talk about it
Voice Id cannot be used for warrants, which means that it's basically useless. They don't even need to entertain the idea as all ramee needs to do is deny the accusation and it's case closed, and tbh, rightfully so. Voice id is not a valid form of id, especially not when you get ppl like myth doing fake voices of other ppl on the server
voice ID is fail RP, thats why they arent pushing charges against Ramee. imagine how boring it would be to play on the server if despite being in disguise and masked up with a voice changer, all it takes is a lazy cop who recognizes your voice to get you put in jail?

Why shouldn't they try to save someone? There are counters against that like tazers and tackles. There is no counters to someone being surrounded by spikes unless they allow crims to just pick them up

if crims are gonna circle a 95 with 3 vehicles the cops can surround a 95 with spike strips. Take the L for the one guy and move on. Crims not valuing life or freedom. Obviously jail times are not long enough if crims will take the risk of trying to save one of their guys who are already in police custody
