Umm... But you still using 2 xtall for normal weapon, and non-xtall for dte weapon This is not balance for testing.. I mean, both weapon is need same value on xtall (even if the xtall is not same, it's no problem if the value is still similar)
I already did a quick test, currently my magic staff is more focused on crt rate (+ and % ) than cd , I found the rate better. But I can't say for sure until I see them both.

Crt mage is even more expensive, equipment with crit takes mana in the formula, this makes their price go up more, while others that don't have it are usually cheaper, As the pure mage, he is actually cheaper.
@@CrissToram Example. Demon empress Greatsword is match element Fire, means put fire element in it cost only 10 pot points (not 100 pot points like anniv weapons), so you easy can make better DTE Stats.
oh yeah i know xD I made a general way of doing it, a formula for any weapon, but it can be better if it's one with the same element as the weapon, maybe later I'll show it in another video xD
I have a lot off character slot Doesn't work if il buy 2S weapon normal stats 1S dte(21%) better than normal For normal only untrade weapon Lvl cap are increase, now we can add 12% for weapon Yes u can call ur weapon old stats weapon bcus only 11% But not for elemental weapon, still 21% Cap 260+ maybe will add 1% dmg xtra for dte Yes we can use longer dte weapon Normal weapon so quick for update latest stats
even if the other one was also 11% atk it would still be good damage, one elemental dte is better than any one with atk and cd even if it's one atk11% and the other 12
For normal weapons with perfect stats, and perfect refines can be used later on, specially to 2HS, Katana, Bow, and BG. Cuz im still using a 3rd anniv BG 2s +S and it still gives decent damage, bcuz CF is a burst skill. In katana, if you can watch a youtube last couple years ago, that only wears starting katana, but still it gives dmg. Dunno about today's bosses, if its higher def than Zahhak/Iconos thou.

Not really big difference, 375 str give 75 cd flat so total base cd 225, 10% is 22 just 1 cd difference
