Don’t mKe the mistake I did; after 30 years of agony and several different foot doctors (doing these and many other methods it’s no relief) I finally was told by a new podiatrist that the calf muscle needed elongated through stretching exercises. 3 months of these and my pain is gone! I’m both grateful (for the new doc) and angry that not one of the other podiatrists mentioned this. All the years of pain that could have been prevented!
I hear this so much. Happy to hear you have found relief. Yes, calf inflexibility and fascial adhesions is the root of so many PF issues. Thanks for sharing. Dr. A
I’m finally free of Plantar Fasciitis.. As of Today! Your advice plus diagnosis of my symptoms myself and other info… I have a Heat Massager that has mild vibration with a smooth attachment. I followed your advice as well a treated my Whole Leg!!! Wow! Thank You!! Zero issues. Still taking it easy and resting with a nice soak w/epsom salt.
I just started your program and one of my problems is I am 68 years old and had my knee replaced and shortly after I developed PF and I am unable to bend my knee like this even after phys therapy and unable to reach the bottom of my foot, how can I do this without bending the knee, also my primary care Dr. has me wearing compression socks will this affect the toes being squeezed together also ? thanks
New subscriber! Just found you! Also a new sufferer w PF! Have a huge purple bruise behind my knee an inch up in middle of leg..WTH?? i didn't hit the leg and was wondering if its because of the PF?? Anybody? Im sure the Dr won't see this but worth a shot❤
Welcome to my channel. The bruise you mentioned is not related to PF. It could be a hamstring tear, cyst, or other knee related issue. You definitely want to get that checked out by a physician. Once you get cleared to begin strengthening your foot and calf, begin the protocols in my free guide. Dr. A www.drangelawalk.com/freeguide
@theplantarfasciitisdoc Thk you so much for answering! I work 6 days a week on cement floors and driving equipment, w steel toe shoes so I guess the PF is my new normal.
Hi. If you have the opposite to flat feet (feet with which arch) and that's causing PF and metatarsalgia,The type of shoes you recommend are the same you always do? Or there's something else to take into account?
Yes, the strength of your arch is more important than the height. Focus on the strengthening protocols in my guide to gain strength. The shoe recs are the same. Dr. Angela, I have pain on the top of my foot and on my ankle where it connects to the foot. When I’ve been sitting for a long time and try to get up stiffness and foot pain ankle stiffness. Is that adhesions?

I like to use Vicks as a lubricant for scraping. Smells good and the warmth generated is nice.
Love this idea!
