Yes! I'm going through that same anxiety and trepidation after sitting all summer. It was fine when I was going to campgrounds, but now that I'm boondocking and driving forest roads again, I'm finding it nerve-racking! Listening to true crime podcasts doesn't help. LOL.
Right! It’s the unknown at the other end especially the road quality to get to the boondocking spots. Lol I had to let true crime go when we got on the road and got back into it when we were stationary. Everyone you see is a potential serial killer! 😂 Thank you, Carolyn! ♥️
So much to love in this video. "I'm just going to take up 85 sites"..."you could walk up there, but I'm not gonna do that". A woman after my own heart. 😅 That sundown shot on your overnight spot was beautiful.
I am just starting out as an RVer and I was hoping that my nervousness/anxiety about driving would go away but it sounds like it's possibly an ongoing thing, especially if you are out of practice. Makes sense. Fun video!
Beautiful scenery and pretty flowers. ❤ I rescued a cat today. She was very n a situation that wasn’t the greatest. She is so relaxed already. She used the litter box which she wasn’t doing in her other home. She’s been exploring and purring like crazy. It’s good to have life back in my little home since the passing of my boy Oscar. I wasn’t feeling ready yet but I said why not. I’m just telling you because you’re cat people. Again great video. ❤❤❤
I have honestly never heard anyone talk about being anxious and overcoming it...i needed to hear that! I also like the parameters you set for yourself, like 3 hours of driving, making sure you pull over before dark... wisdom ❤️
I know what you mean about getting my driving groove back after a long idle period. It takes me a couple hundred miles before I get my driving legs back. ☮️
Have a good time, it is good to have alone time. How far are you going to drive and have him catch up. Don't let fear enter, but at the same time, keep watch of your surroundings put your husband's shoes out so no one knows you're alone. Say things when leaving the camper like you nap. I will be back.
Dude... I get that anxiety even after staying somewhere for a week and have to leave again. Lmao I loved seeing this solo trip. You are seriously the cutest human ever. 🩷🫶
A lovely travel day. I never completely relax until I’m up and over a summit. Great tip on the 5 second count in-between tamping the brakes. Gorgeous sunset out your windows. All the best.
What a fantabulous sunset to end the day with! You did it gurl! Now you can relax with Pam & enjoy the rest of your evening. I had to chuckle, I'd be a perfect candidate to drive & talk to the camera. I have so much fun chatting away with my myself & I that I don't think I'd ever be lost for words, or a topic. 😂
I know what you mean about getting started again. The worst for me was the first trip during COVID, after locking down with my Mom for a long time. But it was like riding a bike, ultimately! I'm glad you got a chance to be a solo female RVer, but I'm also glad my favorite couple are re-coupled!
I had to sit on this video…almost didn’t watch this video because it said “ We Split Up” … I was like I’m already blue, trying to crack out of this state of mind I’ve been in for quite sometime… so I was like please tell me this is just a joke.. I watch you’ll when you were in Mexico with Carolyn ..
Girl, you are where I'm going to be this time next year. I would have been there now but I broke my ankle in January and I don't even want to talk about it... Lol. I currently live SW Idaho, but two of my kids and most of my grandkids are in the panhandle and I can't get up there fast enough! I've got a sister-in-law in Moses Lake, so I know exactly where you are. Stick around a while, there's lots to explore up there and it's absolutely gorgeous! *** Not that anybody cares but I'll be looking for property in the Spirit Lake/ Sanddpoint area- If you know of anything 5 acres or more, under $500,000, hit me up! 😊
Aaron’s family lived in Moses Lake for a while too! We love Idaho. I actually stayed in Idaho on this trip. Can’t wait to share it with everyone. Good luck on your search!
Glad that you are brave and did this… We just have to think safe and be on alert of all around us. Can’t wait to see the next video of your getting to your place for husband to join you. Good Blessings ❤
First time towatch our channel. Going to have to turn off as your speaker needs adjusting and maybe a little more filter of background noises? Disappointed as I was curious to review your niche in the vanlife channels. Will check back on one of your next uploads.
❤❤❤ love u guys.. I understand stand the whole driving thing.. I drive Big Rig every Friday up to Portland from Reno.. and everytime I start driving I feel nervous.. But I also do the jack break and the 5 seconds and break thing in trucking they called it fanning the breaks.. have safe travels ❤❤❤
Isn't is wonderful to crawl into your own space at the end of the day...no matter where you are!! That's quite the gorgeous sunset. Thanks for taking us along. And yes, I know that feeling of having to "get used to it" again. But, it comes back fast after putting lots of miles on your rig.
Ha-ha-ha, you guys didn't catch me on the video title! I know better! lol You 2 are just too much in love to 'Split up' as most of society perceives those 2 words to mean. Good try! lol
The lack of respect that has overcome our society in the past few decades (& continues to increase) is so disheartening! 😥 I noticed all the graffiti on those information posts/stands. Extremely sad. What is the purpose of the wild horses? I'm going to have to look that up.
i believe the horses are some sort of art piece, i’m not sure what they mean but i’ll be interested to find out! Thanks so much , Tamo! We look forward to seeing your comments every week❤️❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊😊😊😊
@@ThatRVOverThere OH! I'm so sorry, I should have been more clear. I honestly didn't think that I was blocked by either of you 2. But I'm wondering if I'm blocked by Y/T for some reason. Maybe I'm making too many comments, or maybe I've hit some guideline issue, or something like that. In both of my attempted information posts about this art piece, I was professional, used proper English & included 2 links. One link was to a Y/T video on the area & the other link was to the Washington Trails Association. I'm not sure what is happening at all ?! (lets try this) Anyway. The artist's name is David Govedare. The piece is called 'Wild horses Monument'. For anyone interested, you can search TH-cam for a few videos on the art piece &/or type in the Washington Trails Association in your search bar, or, the title of the art piece & you'll find some interesting information on this place.

Click bait? Ya didn't "break up"?
it says *split up*, and of course it’s click bait! 😉❤️
just because it's not what you expected, doesn't make it clickbait. They said they split up, and they did.
