- Second tutorial, so I thought I would go over flares. I show and do these exercises with my students as warm ups. Make sure you warm up before attempting Flares. Use these exercises as conditioning workouts before throwing flares. I am 6’2 in height, so if I can do these any one can. Good luck and if any questions leave them in the comments below. PEACE
