Assalamalikum
Peel Karelia n slit one side and clean inside ! Wash it wit salt n then boil half way ! Remove from
Water . Make regular keema , add ground sauf one tea spoon gor 4 big Karelia ! Also add tomato in Irma , make fry kema n now fill the Karelia Wt keema , now prepare fry 4 onion translucent and add ginger garlic paste and red chili ground Dhania zeta hsldi salt bhono add half cup water bhono then add slowly Karelia snd miler sweet n sour chutney little add few green chili quarter tea spoon sauf and Kalonjgi cover and cook later w if u need more water add little simmer in low till u see oil and Karelia is fully developed me ( be generous in adding oil !
