    *Update on NLC Strike*
    Good morning.
We understand that NLC is on strike but essential services MUST be maintained.
All staff of the Hospital are on essential duties so you must come to work.
    No excuses.
Do not take laws into your own hands.
We will continue to update you as events unfold.
    Thanks.
    Dr. EPHRAIM ILOABUCHI
    HOD.
    This is from UPTH NHIS
    Is this true?

Is it only when it comes to civilservants we talk about need and availability of funds. When it gets to National Assembly matters we dont talk about availability of funds. Please the civilservants go to the market with politicians. With a hike in eventually everything fuel, cooking gas, electricity tarriffic, accommodation, food.

The federal government should look into the fuel price. And my own suggestion for the wage to be 120,000 naira.

An increase in salary will only further devalue the naira rate. Devaluation means more revenue for the govt, so tinubu shouldn't be afraid of paying the 494k.
Atlast, we all shall be back to this position with high inflation and worthless new salary.

I heard the Attorney General, now the police I G, who are these people appointed to these positions, don't they read the constitution before they open their mouths. Yes, we should try every possibility to avert a strike.
These two talking are bullies, I'm honestly sorry for our country engaging Sycophants every time
The Labour Unions also need to plan very well for a common man to support their cause

I think one of the jig problems is Labour is not presenting this whole issue in the right way, it shouldn't not just be a minimum wage issue, it should be a collection of issues such as subsidy on petrol, devaluation of the naira, etc, if they can raise the minimum wage then they should return the subsidy, it will still serve the purpose of amelioration of the peoples suffering.

Electricity is part of essential services, strike should not affect it. NASS should look into it.
