I have a pair from 2016 and won a 5k in them this morning and won 5 half marathons 5 separate years including one 2weeks ago in them. I'm about to buy another one because this one is about to go to heaven after being so good to me. I am mostly barefoot, so my feet are very strong, where cushioning is of no importance to me.
I have the 11s and absolutely love them. Lightweight but still comfortable enough for up to half marathon. I actually found a pair of 8s on super clearance last year so picked them up as well. Seems like they used to be a little firmer, at least from my experience with the 8, but still really enjoyable. I’ll def grab a pair of 13s when I need another pair
I just bought them yesterday, i hesitated for a long time and trusted the girl at the shop, honestly there's so many options now its so hard to decide. I wanted something lighter (im running with an ultraboost 21) for my speed workouts, interval etc ... Because im training for a fast 10k and couldnt do it with my shoes anymore. Im worried i made the wrong choice because of all the great shoes there are out there !
@@KingCharlesVI It actually has been super good, i feel so much faster. It's been a bit weird to adjust to this new shoe. I feel like i have a little less stability that's the only bad point, but that's my own sensation coming from the ultraboost that are so much heavier and overall bigger, i'd say give it a try if you want to try to improve your time (long distance i would recommend less)
@@claudinea8735 Great to read that, I'm looking at new shoes for just that, a fast 10k :-) I'm glad you're happy about them and will definitely go to the store and give these a try :-)
Same. Love my Rincons as well.
Nice
This seems like an awesome shoe! Fantastic comprehensive review Steven! For that price I might have to spring for a pair when my Rincons wear out.
You should give them a try. The Rincon is definitely more cushioned though. Thanks!
I have the 12s and I love them I can’t wait to get the 13s
They are great shoes!
i also love k12. if they had more outsole rubber i won't buy any other road shoe
I can not wait to try them. Just waiting on delivery.
Hopefully this week!
Great tempo day shoe, whether in a sustained effort or my fave: 2k intervals
Yep I agree.

Good deal

My thoughts exactly; a good shoe for up to a half marathon. Thanks, Jon

@@adamleckius2253 You should !!! I did my best 5k and 10k time with them they are amazing !
That’s a spiffy shoe! Would you want more support in the ankle or would it work for someone with weaker ankles?
It works just fine for me with my ankles. I think anyone can run in the shoe.
Would you say this shoe is like the Boston 9 by Adidas
I don’t have any experience with the Boston nine, so I’m not certain. However, the Kinvara is a very minimalist shoe
@@UltraTrailSteven awesome thank you
Just got a pair on amazon for $28 lol
Why not??
WOW! Yeah for real, why not?!
Which one to choose between saucony kinvara 13 vs adidas adios 8 for 5km race?
I have not tried the Adidas.
Lighter than Saucony Pro ?
Yes, this is lighter than the Pro 3.
@@UltraTrailSteven Thanks brother.
