In 2021 I wanted to do something similar in the museum of my city (south of Mexico) of anthropological and archeological ancient art, and I spoke with the director of the museum, with the archeologist in charge of the links-promotion department, but they send me to the National institution (representative office) for History and Archaeological pieces, and also I sent a copy of the petition to the Cultural Institution of my province, so I let know everybody of my intentions as a local to promote my cultural patrimony, but at the end they wanted to charge me a huge amount of money per day. At that time I didn't have money so I put on hold the idea. Also I asked about access to the library of this museum, but all was denied. In this case was the opposite (but I really like the juxtaposition) how locals institutions doesn't take the proper care of the cultural patrimony of non hegemonic places, they have it "kidnapped" from their locals due to his ineptitude and unpreparedness. They only run institutions to be bosses or, clerks have an average salary but they do their jobs without any vocation. It is very nice the story and the interview of this profesor and director, I saw the film in 2020 around autumn, a friend of mine had online access to an online festival in London.
Legend 🙏🏿
