The difficulty playing Ana these days is because the speed of the game and movement abilities have increased so much since OW2 came out that hitting both teammates and enemies is way more difficult than it used to be. On top of that Ana's movement is still so limited so it's difficult to quickly move into good healing lines of sight when teammates are ducking and weaving all over the map, and usually when you can eventually see your teammates you can often end up in a super vulnerable positions. Not to mention being constantly ganking by tracer/genji/sombra/dive tanks etc. You just have to pray your teammates are paying attention behind them as Ana is usually the deepest support. At my rank in low/mid plat, 80% of the time they are completely oblivious so time to switch :D
