Looks awesome but one tip I would like to offer is do the shrimp in the butter mixture and not the top level hi heat. You notice the shrimp curled into a tight circle this means they were over cooked.They should be curved slightly but not in a tight curl.
This isn't true at all. High-heat broiling produces a wildly different result and IMO superior taste. There's a reason the most prestigious steakhouses in the US use broilers.
@@fr201 so true... the ONLY reason to use pellet or Sticks, coals etc is if one wants thats smoke flavor. The smoke flavor is very good... but not all the time. The flavor from high heat broiling is ALSO very good.... ( but not all the time).

Seems like a great grill for a certain application but there's no substitute for charcoal and hickory smoke.
