Replacing a non-replaceable battery in a Logitec iPod dock.

  • In this video I replace the battery in a Logitec mm50 iPod dock.
    Logitec never released a replacement battery part for these units (as far as I can tell), instead replacing the whole unit under warranty if the battery stopped taking a charge. Here I replace the 18650 battery with ease.
    Also, apologies for the poor editing. I had no end of problem recording this video, the end result is this mish mash of edits and audio.

    I stopped here to look for a front replacement, but this guy looks such a nice person, that I watched to the end. Thanks for your videos sir, look foward to see more in your channel

    I replaced it with a 2000mah 18650 battery and it seems to work fine. The white wire is disconected, just red and black are connected

    i changed my battery, but dos not blinking when i try to charge

      I am watching the video, so have not changed the battery yet. However, I am going to suggest that since it is a new battery, it would be fully charged and so would not be blinking if it is not taking a charge when it is plugged in. Sorry about the wording; but, it is late.
