Personally I like left knee down better bc it gets your knee out of the way of your elbow. But if you watch a lot of the big leaguers they go rt knee down, part because it's easier to throw from bc your body is more turned towards second

for the knee down stance do you want to have your right or left leg down?
You can do either! Also depends on the situation and what you are more comfortable in
