Why does she get to unlock and soul in via dorianne?

The end phase started with unlock phase first, then resolve end of turn activation, that way dorianne can resolve her skill after all rg unlocked

I am not sure but I think if he had another R Luquier in the soul, he could activate that ability from the soul since that ability does say V/Soul. I'm guessing if this is the case.
