Yeah MTs and athletes pretend like the vastus lateralis muscle doesn't exist--only the ITB! Imagine: just fascia with a missing muscle mass on the side of the leg! 😂

That rule mainly applies to the muscles of the arms and legs. Work for the tendons and ligaments are treated in all directions as shown in the video
