i don't say this often, but this is perfection. track selection and mixing is ON POINT. every aspiring techno dj should take notes, this is how it's done.

BEN SIMS, what can I say. He's one of my favorites techno DJ's from ever. It's always amazing be able to enjoy his music, makes me a big smile and I can't resist not to dance. But, in addition, if you can see him work behind decks it's fantastic. The way he moves his hands, his fingers touching all controls and decks...I'm hypnotized with an unstopable movement🕺🕺

Of the few who have gone to Hor Berlin and play by ear,,,, pre-listening with headphones and not putting the same bpms in the pioneer CDJ or carrying the songs on the pen with the same bpms ... a pity that "new" artists who EARN A LOT OF MONEY do not value knowing how to really mix and have a good technique, greetings!!!!!!
That was one of the most well crafted, high energy sets I've ever listened to. I played the entire set twice back to front! Massive track selection and seriously good mixing skills
I’m listening to techno for over 30 years now. I know all the djs and all the styles. But gotta say, the opening few minutes here has to be one of coolest mixes ever. The tracks, that transitions, pure sublime stuff. ❤
An absolute treat to watch this man. Every nob touch is purposeful, and to perfection, unlike m9st other DJs who just want to look busy.

Grande!!! a demás de los pocos que van a Hor berlin y pinchan de oído, no como la mayoría que ponen lo bpms iguales en los cdj pionner y ya esta!!!! Ahi es donde se demuestra la técnica y el arte de pinchar, a la mayoría les tapas la pantalla del cdj y no seven pinchar, pero cobran mucho dinero eso si,,, una pena.

I still have a few of Ben's Essential Mixes, recorded on cassette, before we had the net we use to listen to the radio.
That's how I got into house, techno, trance, progressive etc. Sasha & Digweed, Laurent Garnier and all the other legends.
Sims has done some amazing nights in Irish clubs, if you hear Ben Sims is playing, you know it's gonna be serious techno.
