Wanted the 24 ultra because I was use to a larger phone. Ended up with the 24 reg. Big Big change. I almost returned it, but after day 3, I can't put it down. I just had to get used to a smaller phone. It is crisp sharp and fits perfectly in my hand, pocket, or small handbag. Very impressive, alot packed into such a small phone. Love the circle search feature.

I don't understand the larger phones that become uncomfortable to hold but they do have larger batteries, more RAM, and expanded memory options. Can still get the S24 as a free upgrade to the S24 or S24+.

I'll keep my S9+ for another year. Though it doesn't support full 5G, it still performs flawlessly and same as new, has an awesome display, has SD memory expansion, has a headphone jack for my legacy great-sounding earphones, and is slightly smaller and lighter than both the S24+ and S24 Ultra. Also, the megapixel and other upgrades to the camera system aren't significant enough to be noticeable even when the photos are enlarged on a computer desktop display. I can use free desktop software for whatever enhancements and cropping that might be appropriate. Hopefully, next year's Samsung models will provide more features that make an upgrade cost-effective. In the meantime, I'd suggest that others consider getting off the costly upgrade merry-go-round for a few years for vanity reasons and save their money.

I dunno how but after using so many android phones, s23 is first phone which i have bought 2023 March and today it feels like i have just bought it and its buttery smooth even after 1 year. I have updated to one ui6(major) update without resetting my phone and its still works like a brand new phone. Apple provides this experience and Samsung always left behind due to years of usage makes phone bad but it seems like they are really confident this time with one ui that they are bold enough to provide 7 years update in s24. I can easily say now that samsung has provided best android experience for me after using one plus, htc and mi phone.

I'm currently trying the S24. I don't do much in my phones; I read, surf the net, watch a few videos and play a simulation game that has simple graphics. However, my S24 struggles with battery life and drains very quickly. Even just carrying it in my pocket at work seems to drop it by 35-40% with only a few minutes screen on time. I love the form factor, but its too much compromise coming from my S23+,which I'm seriously considering going back to.

I have to say right off the bat that the s24 is so much faster and smoother than my P8. And that's tough to ignore. I like the feel of the pixel a bit more.. slightly sturdier feeling and does not look like an iPhone lol. Battery life will be the deciding factor for me. Kudos for your s22, s23 and s24 reviews all being very much part of a series, much like the phones themselves.

Ordered both the S24 and the S24+ and the S24 is just way more comfortable to use. Especially when using a case. Depending on the jeans/pants I wear, the S24+ sometimes digs into my hips when I'm sitting down and it's annoying as hell. With a case, it becomes a bit too wide for my liking as well.

Upgraded from a Pixel 2 XL, really liking it so far. Perfect companion to my Tab s6 lite and my needs. I don't play mobile games so no problem with the CPU. It's fast enough for me. I looked at getting the Ultra, but couldn't justify the extra cost as I already have a tablet and really don't need the extra screen size or pen. What's right for me may not be right for others. Can I listen to music, podcasts, audible, watch videos, make & receive calls? Yup. Do I need gaming, video editing or other high intensity tasks? Nope. Could I have gone for the A54 or even A34 instead and saved some money? Probably. Do I regret choosing the S24? Definitely not!

I absolute love the size of the s24. I got mine, in sandstone yellow. I love it so far. But I noticed it is not much faster than my S21 FE in the UI. But in games, it absolutely dominates(exynos 2400). The biggest problem with the s24 ultra for me is its size.. I don't want anything bigger than 6.2 inches. Even my s21 FE but I got it for 400€ as new so it was a steal. I love the new AI features. And I got some strangely high scores in benchmarks. In geekbench for example I got 7400 on multicore and 2300 on single. (Maybe a golden chip?)

You know, one of the most useful things you can tell us about a phone, is whether new technologies bring better security. Currently, all in screen fingerprint readers don't work with a tempered glass screen protector on, instead the plastic film has to be used. Is this any different with the S24? No reviewers ever say, and I'd think well over 50% of your audience would consider a tempered glass screen protector on their brand new £500+ phone.
