thank you very much for your comments and words on the clips, it is gratefully received and duly appreciated. and yes it is a prequel to the rope dart as it is very hard to get the feeling with only the rope to work with, once you have that feeling it is an easy step to a weighted dart for obvious reasons. In my time training in Pukulan Tjiminde I've grown to adore the communal environment displayed here. Perhaps in another life, I'll be there as well :)

Basically same like from the orirginal White Crane Wing Chun with 8 basic hands, and foot works, kicks, pole ... as we also have.
