- This track is heavily inspired by PAYDAY 2 soundtrack. To my knowledge, game is not gonna be supported anymore, and I always wanted to make a track dedicated to that great game, so here it is.
Special thanks for Simon Viklund for being an inspiration for me.

Hey, it seems like I sometimes get an ad on this very video for reason I don't understand. Even though the music is mine I do not profit from this video in any way, I'm not even eligible for monetization program because I'm missing 1k subs & 4k watch hours (of which I have 211). I'm not sure if TH-cam is monetizing my video without my knowledge or what is going on but feel free to use ad blocking extensions or software if you find the ads annoying. Also I recommend checking my SoundCloud if you want to listen to my music with the screen blocked, because TH-cam's app doesn't allow you that out of the box & there's no ads on SoundCloud so there's that. There's more of my music on it than on this channel, maybe you'll find something new for you. Happy rambling!

It strangely feels minimalistic and somewhat slowpaced, but still energetic nonetheless, like the OG Payday 2 OST, like The Mark or And Now We Run. Great job, my guy!

Yeah, I realized OVERKILL decided to still support the game. Not gonna lie, I was looking forward to PAYDAY 3, but more content to the already existing game is also great.

I like the ANTICIPATION 2 and the STEALTH track but the rest is not enough to push the player to hype/excitement like drive the action in a way that push u to your edge to do something before it's to late
I compare this Simon Viklund's
"The Mark" but even that track is more exciting to listen to.

I haven't made any mod, that's for sure. Maybe there's a mod that lets you use a custom song in game, but unfortunately I don't know any.
This song's structure was heavily inspired by PAYDAY 2 soundtrack (as you can see from the phases), so I believe it could be possible to put it in the game somehow. It probably should be tweaked a little though and probably cut to parts or something.

this could be a hotline miami music track
Hotline Miami soundtrack is one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard. It introduced me to legends such as Carpenter Brut and Perturbator, which are enormous inspirations to me, so that's a huge compliment for me and thank you for that :)
Although personally I don't think this track would fit - HM soundtrack is just something else, mix of psychedelic electric music and synthwave. I aspire to create a track in a similar style to M.O.O.N's or Scattle's someday though :)
late to say it but the songs the pd2 community make should just be in the game at this point like the music is on par with and even better then some of Simon Viklund's music
Never late to say anything, I always read the comments and such as yours mean a lot to me. That could be a cool feature, like a ranking of community songs and you can choose which you want to download with some kind of preview and vote if you liked it or maybe like a 5 star rating.
Honestly, I think you should make another track like this! It sounds great, If you ever find the extra time to do so that would be cool

I'll be honest I'm creating music every now and then, some of the pieces were even aimed to be "PAYDAY 2 inspired", but they've ended up either not finished or I just haven't felt they'd live up to the expectations :(
Either way, this is definitely not a last track I've published on this channel and probably not a last track with PD2 structure as well.

There's only one track that I hid from this channel called Shadow and it has PAYDAY 2 image in it. I've made it public for you if you want to check it out, although I'm not sure if that is the thing you are looking for.
As for the other track - there definitely wasn't any more tracks on this channel. All of the tracks I've published are available on my SoundCloud, maybe you heard them there? If so, they still should be there because I didn't hide a single track once I published it there.
Some of my tracks are similar in style to Ramblers, but this one is the only one I called "PAYDAY 2 Inspired", so maybe you're thinking of some other creator.

assault is kinda too calm for assault, imo
I kinda agree but it was actually deliberate. I usually create heavier music but I've decided to make a simpler and more rhythmic bass this time.
