the question about A and B work in 4 and 12 hr is just fitting logic any how according to given options, first the answer was 3hr so started at 6 Am + 3 hr , so they complete it at 9 am but to prove logic he did something something , it just logical tha if A takes 4 hour then work minimum last till 10-11 am but they both are doing so the work must be completed befor 10 am or 4 hr
