@@thetruej7872 The re-use dialogues was because of the voice actor's strike that took place at the time. VAs weren't recording new dialogues anymore so the NRS team had to use what they had, which meant re-using old footage/dialogue.
I suppose the biggest question on my mind (and a lot of other people's) about Injustice 3 is who's going to have the tough job of filling in for the legendary Kevin Conroy, there are several actors who have done the voice of Batman but I know a lot of people are going to have a hard time getting used to someone new after Kevin voiced Batman in the first two games.
They where already working on it before mortal Kombat 1, when they got sold the new owners wanted mk because they felt it was guaranteed money, (not understanding that so is injustice), but that's why the game felt incomplete. They had to use assets that where set for injustice. That's why story more felt so more complete that the other modes. Ed boon did one interview at the launch of the game and even says something to the affect of " politics played a lil part of mk1 before injustice but i won't go into it)
Ed Boon explained that they made MK1 after MK11 because MK is the bigger series of the two (MK and IJ) so they didn't want people to wait that long between MK games. It has nothing to do with the merger. Also there were no politics involved, you make stuff up. And MK1 was fully complete, if the story was complete then the whole game was complete also, NRS/WB stories are the go-to modes in them, so if that mode was complete then the whole game was complete. Anything that MIGHT look like it came from IJ is just pure coincidence and nothing more.

IJ3 needs all the stages, characters, tracks and costumes in the game. Gameplay mechanics need to be fast-paced like Marvel vs Capcom and MKX. Guest characters are Sailor Moon, Goku, Agent J and K, Lenina Huxley, Judge Dredd, Beetlejuice, Zoom, King Shark, Spawn, Phantom, Mr Freeze, Static Shock, Batman Beyond (Terry McGinnis, etc. for stages is smallville with Martha Kent’s house and metropolis in the background and cars will drive in the background. Another stage is a nightclub stage similar to The Dark Knight (2008), Batman Forever and Batman and Robin and The Batman (2022) with dark blue lights changing to orange then brown to a variety of colors and add some dark techno vibes to it. Clock and bell tower stage with a Batman (1989 film) vibe to it. Batcave stage which can have the Batmobile in the background and the bat plane above the screen in the background with water in it. Wayne manor can have a X-men: Next dimension idea concept and add variety of rooms and styles to it. Add team battle in the game.

I have always loved the Injustice games and hope for a 3rd eventually. That would be great. I see many throwing out ideas like Trigon as the villain or Nekron/Black Lanterns as the villain or even Anti-Monitor as the villain, but I honestly believe it should be Darkseid. Think of the possibilities there. You could do an Old Gods vs New Gods thing. That would bring in Wonder Woman villains like Circe, Grail and even a returning Ares while also having people such as Big Barda, Mr. Miracle, Orion, Steppenwolf and even Darkseid himself. So much you can do here with this.
I hope they do a Crisis on Infinite Earths type story game...which will give us skins for the main roster and dlc characters. Like Superman/ UltraMan Batman/Owlman etc etc. That would epic!

There's been Marvel references in mk1, especially from Liu Kang's season, I wouldn't be surprised if Marvel fighting game would be would be next if that ever happens which I have doubts
Man I really hope because of DC’s good relationship with at least marvel studios because of James Gunn, they can go insane with a marvel dlc crossover character, like spider-man or iron man, maybe hulk or wolverine. I feel like that’s a crossover that could nearly start selling the game like it’s first couple of weeks again.
Tbf, the story of INJ2 was left on a cliffhanger (no matter which ending you take) so it would make sense for them to make a sequel. But, this game should be the final one in the series and should give a proper redemption arc to Superman resulting in him either sacrificing himself or willingly surrendering to the authorities. And ofc Wonder woman should be either redeemed or punished since we all know that she is the main villian of Injustice and not Supes. Extending the series beyond this point would not make any sense narrative wise and would just result in sub par plots that would tarnish the brand since INJ is known for having a good plot.

But regardless, I'm fully very excited for whatever game NRS/WB are gonna bring up, MK1 is one of the BEST FIGHTING GAMES EVER, and I know that the next game will be amazing as well, just like all NRS/WB games.

Well, whether there is an Injustice 3 at all or not. It may not be called that, and why do I say that ? Well we know MK rebooted the timeline from MK9 onwards, MK1 is still considered MK12 for number sake. But why do I think Injustice 3 may not be called that ? Well not for the reasons of rebooting MK numbering system but....Injustice 3 might just be called Injustice 0. Reason is Netherrealm take stuff from the Injustice comics read and then Injustice comics seem to get an idea from Netherrealm. But we so far have had Injustice 1 comics, Injustice 2 comics, Injustice Grouind Zero which was the prequel to Injustice 1 and explained things from Harleys perspective. But there was a fourth Injustice: Gods Among Us Year 0. Year 0 series was using not just the JL but was also using the JSA, ie Alan Scott etc. So if Netherrealm don't write a script for Injustice 3 I could see them adopting the Injustice 0 script. Which is why it would be Injustice 0 not 3. But they could go either way a) Injustice 0 comics with Injustice 0 game name or b) write a new story and go with Injustice 3

Injustice 2 roster is hard to beat but if they have Death Stroke, Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner), Beast Boy, Martian Manhunter, John Constantine, and Plastic Man that is a big W also without Kevin it’s already a down grade but still not bad

Not that it will happen, but man, it would break the internet if the announce trailer for Injustice 3 reveals that the parallel earth involved this time is none other than a Marvel earth. Boon has talked about wanting to do it, and recently DC and Marvel greenlit a reprint of their old crossovers. Wishful thinking, but a man can dream, right?

Well, whether there is an Injustice 3 at all or not. It may not be called that, and why do I say that ? Well we know MK rebooted the timeline from MK9 onwards, MK1 is still considered MK12 for number sake. But why do I think Injustice 3 may not be called that ? Well not for the reasons of rebooting MK numbering system but....Injustice 3 might just be called Injustice 0. Reason is Netherrealm take stuff from the Injustice comics read and then Injustice comics seem to get an idea from Netherrealm. But we so far have had Injustice 1 comics, Injustice 2 comics, Injustice Grouind Zero which was the prequel to Injustice 1 and explained things from Harleys perspective. But there was a fourth Injustice: Gods Among Us Year 0. Year 0 series was using not just the JL but was also using the JSA, ie Alan Scott etc. So if Netherrealm don't write a script for Injustice 3 I could see them adopting the Injustice 0 script. Which is why it would be Injustice 0 not 3. But they could go either way a) Injustice 0 comics with Injustice 0 game name or b) write a new story and go with Injustice 3
