Omygosh i was just telling my sis in law what you said about laughing it off looking silly. When i first started yoga i was so afraid to try harder poses for fear of not achieving them and looking silly. Like it was a defeat. Now i welcome the challenge and try no matter how amateur i look its called progression :)
Dear David and Jelena thank you very much for this new lesson and for your wonderful little dog , you are ever great, l appreciate you every time! GOD BLESS YOU. Cecilia
I absolutely LOVE that you guys are breaking these down in individual videos. I'm using these to supplement my practice and refine my movements when I do the series.
Thank you so much guys! I've currently reached these asanas under the promise of one of my teachers who argued they were a piece of cake. I look like a hot dog rolling, I really needed this tutorial 🤣🙏
Thanks for this video. These roll ups can be difficult. But for me, they feel good when I get them right. Your tips about rounding the full back are helpful.
I am so grateful for your total presentation- demonstrations and instructions ❤️ You explain so well what can not be seen but needs to be experienced by the practitioners . You inspire and encourage.. I look forward to every tutorial and and often review weeks later to check my development. Thank you so many times over❣️
Your tutorials are incredible. Thank you for sharing. 🙏 Also, thank you Jelena for sharing the message about adopting. It was because of you that I chose to adopt my current dog. 😊
Pushing with the heel did it for me. I had a teacher tell me to do that since it also helps keep the legs straight. And I’m glad you mentioned feeling it in the back to come up because when I don’t feel it, I can’t get up. Great discussion!
¡Gracias pro el video! Les sigo desde hace un tiempo por el instagram y ahora soy fan de su canal de youtube porque me motiva mucho a practicar. Un abrazo.
I really need this tutorial. I am finding it impossible to roll up in these three poses without bending my legs. I shall try to follow all your advice when I next practise and see how I get on.🙏
Thank you for the demonstration of these asanas. My lumbar spine hurts when I roll forward. Any tips how to avoid the pain? Btw, you’re such a lovely couple ! Love from Sweden. 🇸🇪
Thanks for another really helpful video, David and Jelena (and Mr. Khani)! 🤍🤍🤍 I love the first two poses, but I still struggle, on occasion, with urdvha mukha p.
Wow thank u for spreading this message for adopting dogs instead of buying. Great deed ❤️🙏
My favorite yoga couple!🥰

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this “ methods” class that you do. I have been following your chaturanga dandasana tips and it’s really helping me.

Completely agree about adoption. All three of my cats are from no-kill animal shelters.
The best tutorials ever, thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Really appreciate you two. I am always learning more😃
Thanks a lot for this vital tutorial. Could it be possible to explain about the breathing in each vinyasa - inhalation and exhalation?
Love your breakdown tutorials, thank you for sharing. Are ye planing on teaching ashtanga virtually in the future?
