Tom's Story - "Anchors" Live at Stages Sessions' INDEPENDENT

INDEPENDENT was a Stages Sessions produced concert featuring Bullet Dumas, Keiko Necesario, Gio Levy, Coeli, Tom’s Story and Curtismith at the Globe Auditorium, BGC Arts Center. In collaboration with the Ted Amper and the Manila String Machine, these amazing young independent artists were able to, for one night only, play with a mini-orchestra and horn ensemble to elevate and heighten their sound and original music compositions. What better way to spend Philippine Independence Weekend than to celebrate Original Filipino Music!

Completely agree, I couldn´t believe when I found out that two of my favourite bands were from Phillipines that is great because it means that there´s awesome music everywhere but it´s also quite frustrating since it´s gonna be almost impossible to see them playing in Spain.

Somehow, listening to some of their other songs too, I just knew that bass was a PJ. It’s a sign no doubt! I’m looking to buy a bass after playing guitar for a few years, and it’s definitely gotta have that beautiful PJ sound!
No clue what exact bass that is, but I’m sure I’ll find one that suits me. Absolutely gorgeous music, and all without ever speaking a single word. And just as good live as in studio? Now that’s talent!

JN Mendoza Math Rock is very common in Japan :) A lot of them sound alike but I can say that Tom's Story's music is very melodic
