Instead of using the nail glue, can gel base coat be used?
Hey! So the base gel is just used to protect your nails under the polish and to make the polish last longer. It wouldn’t make the fake nails stick.
@@EriceRacquelle I’m a bit confused. I have successfully used gel base coat as a glue for tips in place of nail glue in the past. I’m actually currently using it on the set I have now. I’ve also seen videos where other TH-camrs do the same.
Are you talking about builder gel? I’ve heard of people using that instead of glue. But if the base gel works for you, then that’s great!👌🏾

@sexiijamdav21 oh ok. I can’t imagine the nails staying on for too long with base gel as glue. They last a while when you do it?
