I would be riding occasionally in city and highway...on an average yearly around 4 to 5k I would be riding...venue manual naturally aspirated 2023 and new nexon pure s bweeten this I am confused
Venue's 4 cylinder naturally aspirated engine is very smooth and would give you a better mileage compared to Nexon. But you will have to adjust with safety and comfort on which Nexon takes a better position.
On venue you won't get punchy feel of 112 bhp which comes with Turbo. Also comparatively after sales service of Hyundai is way better than tata. Hope this helps you to decide which one is good for you
My 1st option was nexon...but worried about after sales service, heared a lot of complaints about service...And is nexon engine good for long term like 10 to 12 years?
3 cylinder engines have been in the market for a while now. And haven't heard of any issues from any other brands.

1. Sales doesn't determine companies trustability.
2. Maruti is indeed making Toyota due to high tax regime of govt. Occasion of which Toyota didn't want to do r&d and make plant for new vehicle.
3.Hyundai and it's sister company Kia are giving high sales figures throughout world but also simultaneously didnt achieve mile stone when it comes to reliability.
4. TATA & MAHINDRA depends heavily on the TH-camr for praises and not counting there faults.
5. Maruti Suzuki due to being Japanese engines are reliable till lakhs of kms which a tata or any other Indian products couldn't match so they gives heavy build quality due to freedom in tax

But the wierd part here is all these companies are operating as per their sales and profits... As companies which are the able to maintain a healthy sales and profit they won't consider scope for the improvement...Kia hyundai and maruthi doesn't bother about build quality and tata doesn't bother about the services just because their sales are good and India being a fools paradise give a plenty of market opportunities even with bad build quality and services... consumer needs to take these issues to the next level
I do follow some website forums and based on those I can say that service issues from Tata or Mahindra have always been a hit or miss in entire India.
The same service centre few people have got good service but few have had very bad experiences.... just like I said its a hit or miss

3 cylinder turbocharged engines are being used in many brands and they can easily be used for about 2 to 3 lakhs until you start to get problems. But yes that depends upon your driving style as well

Kiger comes with 1 ltr engine with and without turbo variants. The power is less, torque is less compared to Nexon. Also practically the kiger has got many drawbacks.

Brezza has 4 cylinder naturally aspirated engine which is smooth and provides better mileage.
Nexon has a 3 cylinder turbocharged engine which is meant for performance but mileage is less.
