This is was a beautiful lookin film, really great job 👏 quick question when mentioning the 216 degree angle you said you switched to ntsc to stop flickering but you’re also in the UK so would that be same if I live in the U.S or should keep it 180?
Russell this is brilliant and filled with great info! Quick question, on the 216 degree SS angle, is this all the time or just whilst shooting in lights to avoid the strobing?
Thank you! This is all the time except for ceremony/speeches which I'll shoot at 25p 180º SA for realtime playback in the edit. The second camera with the guys reading was 25p 4K 180º :)

Hey Jacob! In USA you have it lucky... 180º is all good for 24, 30 & 60 for you NTSC guys :)
useful technical insights (dynamic range, settings, and similar) Very informative principles, nicely presented.
Thank you!
Thanks, John!
S5ii has 4 channels on any timeline, 2 stereo and 2 blanks. Are both channels the same and can you take one out?
Great work Russell
Thank you kindly

What ND/diffusion filter are you using?
I don't think I saw it mentioned
It's a variable ND from Hoya but Calumet will work just as well :)
@@WexPhotoVideo Is Russell using a diffuser as well?
