Yooooo calyrex? This theme is underrated!
Behold, the most contraversial and looked down upon Pokémon Fusion that is not only the most dangerous Top Tier Competitive Pokémon, but the Top Two. As they both literally tower over you. One is literally the Hail Room Death Sentence. The Sub-Zero Sultan of Physical Tanks. And the other has the most powerful 100% Accurate move with NO DRAWBACK WHATSOEVER. The Undead Emperor of Glass Cannons.
Both have some of the Highest Base Stat Totals of any Legendary or Mythical Pokémon and on par with that of MEGA EVOLVED LEGENDARY POKÉMON.
Both of which, when they appear on the battle field have a BONE CHILLING PRESENCE the will FREEZE the very SOULS of all who stand against them with FEAR.
And what's more, each have both of their regular separate Abilities COMBINED! Unnerve plus either +2 Physical Moxie on an Ice/Psychic Type or +2 Special Moxie on a Ghost/Psychic Type.
This thing, this fusion of a Divine Being and one of his most powerful allies of his entire legion, once ruled over the ENTIRE GALAR REGION FOR A REASON! And just how on earth it still doesn't and they were all but forgotten by the nearly the entire populace and lost to the ravages of time and practically erased from history is beyond me.
One has to wonder if any of these three Pokémon served alongside the Legendary Lupine Knights of the Galar Region along with their two chosen human monarch. But I guess for now, those secrets and all those answers are buried deep within the once grand Crown Temple and underneath the Dead Dynatree and scattered across the entirety of the Icey and Shadowy landscape of the Crown Tundra.

I love this theory so much because it gives a lot of context to the history of galar if it were to be true
Calyrex-Ice isn't meant to be a godly phys tank though due to its ice typing it's good for other reasons

People can complain about how “the dlc was just to polish off a game that was already bad” but they cannot complain about the music. That shit always is good in any pokemon game, even a bad one
It really wasn't a bad game to begin with. It had its share of issues, but it was still a very enjoyable experience. People just put on their hatred goggles because mega evolution was replaced with dynamax and the national dex was void, and thus nitpicked everything that was wrong with the game and only really focused on the bad. The game had good graphics, good online multiplayer, the dynamax raid battles were legitimately fun, it was relatively challenging, and they added in some really cool new Pokemon and had a very unique in a good way set of NPCs.
@@MegaJesseman the graphics were meh overall for me but hey they were very good for a pokemon game, only thing i really didnt like were the low quality animations, some of the pokemon dont even FREAKING. MOVE. when attacking. they just move them with no animation whatsoever, even sm and usum didnt really have that flaw. besides that and how fast the game was i liked it, hopefully scarlet and violet fixes these things i dont like since the game already seems hopeful.

The Calyrex-rider theme has really grown on me. Always loved how it was two themes merging into one
I found the choosing between ice-rider and shadow-rider harder than the gen one starters, since I love ice and ghost types XD
I couldn't decide so I just made another account on my Switch so I could get both. I also love ice and ghost types.
This is my favorite theme of the DLC. Just when I thought Calyrex’s solo battle music was a bop, this played while I got my butt beat cuz I was trying to train a new team. This remix is a god send. Thank you.
Calyrex might look a little odd, but the horses are awesome and I do like how it looks when he rides them.

While I prefer the Horses’ theme by itself more than Calyrex and the final theme, they are still really good
I just can’t get over Calyrex’s design, Brussel sprout deer riding a horse. A deer riding a horse looks so wrong
This is way better than the original imo. In the original, the drums are way too loud and completely overpower the best parts of the melody.
