This training is for a very specific competition, Taekwondo freestyle poomsae, which has a list of specific techniques required to score points. All the stuff they train in this video is those specific techniques to score points on the freestyle poomsae score sheet
@@jsobrino Are you seriously telling me that a legit black belt performs moves that sloppy??? I'm not on about the actual moves, I'm on about the Execution of the moves. This is more like Purple belt stuff :).

James Ptah oh I took it as you calling the moves they did out as being like not effective for fighting or something, but I agree a lot of them are pretty sloppy in most of the kicks
