The models seem to accurately predict up to 5-day paths. Some variability, but hurricanes are monster storms. Intensification on the other hand seems less reliable. Curious if the models have been updated based on MIT research that light, particularly green light, is much more effective than heat at evaporating water (th-cam.com/video/17Y82tJDk2o/w-d-xo.htmlsi=E7Mk-YMiv2FwNo3E)? New Orleans is home so hurricanes are always a concern.
