    This tutorial is just what I needed. I'm starting a small Wedding business. I love all the beautiful things used in decor, but the prices are for those who have finances. That's not me. I'm doing this on retirement income. This will level the playing field for my start-up Wedding business. Thank you !

      You are so welcome. Here is a tip that could help when purchasing flowers because, as you know they can be pricey. Apply for a Retail license and purchase from wholesale company's. That will save you money and its free to get a retail license. I am on that same path. I wish you all the best with your business. Thank again for watch and look out for some up coming videos.

      @@LisaNatash Thank You, I'm going to do that this week ! Yes, you're right, they are very expensive. You want to exhibit quality designs by using nice silks, but I can't pay $16 for one stem. I need every advantage ! Thanks again 😊

      Most people don't realize the labor and thought to start a wedding business. You must create contracts, keep appointments with clients and wait for a client to decide what they want.
      And Don't spend the money on other things, they paid for the event.

    This is a stunning piece, but where and how did you incorporate the first piece from the beginning when you was designing the floral arrangement that was on the candle tapers? The end result doesn't show it all. Just curious

    • @LisaNatash
      @LisaNatash  ปีที่แล้ว

      I apologize, but I don't understand your question. Are you asking about the glass stand... if so I put a link in the description area that has a tutorial. Or, we're you asking how I attached the floral piece to the stand? If so, all I did was just rest it on the top of the wood stand. I didn't have to glue it. I hope I answer your question.

    Gorgeous arrangements. How did you attach the string acrylic beads in the middle with the orbs hanging from them?

    • @LisaNatash
      @LisaNatash  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi thank you for watching my video. Before I attached the top, I glue the acrylic crystal on it using E6000 glue. I recommend using this glue because it dries clear and look transparent if somehow your guests looks under the centerpiece. If you use hot glue it will dry white. I didnt like the way that looked.
      I will be uploading a new video which I know you will love so look out for that video. Make sure to subscribe and click on the bell to get alerts when I post.

    • @LisaNatash
      @LisaNatash  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      For this project I didnt keep tabs on how much I spend on flowers. Some I bought a mth or so and forgot what I paid for them. The hanging white flowers I bought at Walmart and I think those were about $5 or $6 each. The stem had 3 to 4 flowers on it. I also got some on sale. Buying on-sale is best, which I recommend. Thanks for your question. I appreciate it if you would subscribe and like my video if you haven't done so already. Thanks again. Oh the stand was wood so very cheap to make. Got the wood and screws at Home Depot.

  • @IamRose718
    @IamRose718 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I always feel like I can pull off making an arrangement and then get overwhelmed when I see all the different flowers because I don't know whatvwill go with what. I ordered 6 centerpieces in little gold bowls from Ling Moments for about $350. They were so small so i ordered 6 more to combine them. I was probably better off buying real flowers at that point😔

      Oh, I am so sorry to hear that. I understand it can get overwhelming. I am always available to answer any questions. When in doubt, while buying flowers, it's good to put them together to see how they blend. Also, buying flowers to make one centerpiece as a guide, then, if you love how it looks, you can purchase the rest. If the centerpieces are too small, you can always add accents to the table, which can complement the decor. For example, candles. I appreciate your comment, and thanks for watching 🙂.

      Hi, that was the plan, but got sidetracked due to work. One of the good thing about this video is that I mention where I got each items. I will itemized future videos.

    You referring to all the flowers as “THESE”.... we don’t know what THESE are.... can you share the name?

    • @LisaNatash
      @LisaNatash  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh sorry about that. The ones that I called "these" have no names on the tag, so I cannot tell you the name. That is why I mentioned where I got them. That way you can recognize them if you decide to purchase from the vendor mentioned. I wish they have their names on them but they dont. The ones I knew I did mentioned their names.

      @@mariadeastis Hi thanks for watching my videos. There are no names on some of the flowers. Unfortunately I am not versed in knowing the names of flower's. I mentioned where I got them with the intention that you will recognize them. The ones I know I said their names. You can use many different types to create this look. Thanks again for watching.

    These came out very pretty bhy does everyone insist on doing the Dollar Tree Candle Holders glued together? It really takes away from your brand. I would hate to be paying a Decorator a ton of money to decorate my wedding and they're using Dollar Tree items glued together. Invest in your business and yourself and you can command more money from your clients 🤦🏾‍♀️ Also, your Florals are on point 🔥

      Te'Yanna thanks for your comment. I choose to use an inexpensive product as a means to give more people the opportunity to make their own. I focused my investment on the quality of the flowers because that's the most important part. I am giving the viewer's ideas to create something that looks really good without the cost. Now, I can make expensive centerpieces but that won't be accessible to most people. Another important thing is this is a diy channel. I am not trying to sell them... however, that might change in the future. Also, if I was doing this as a business, I would give the client the choice to upgrade if they are able to do this financially. So basically I would have centerpieces for all clients not just the high end stuff. Thanks for watching my video.

      Hi, thank you so much for your questions. I hope I interpret your questions correctly. The size table I will be placing these are
      7 x 8 feet. There will be suffient space for the bridal party to eat so it's a double. 😊

      I am not sure why that is. The video sounds fine when I played it. Also, I haven't had a comment about volume before. Could it be something going on on your end? I wish there is something i could do but once the video is uploaded i cant change it. So sorry you can't hear it and I appreciate you watching.

    I prefer real, natural flowers for weddings, especially since you can find a wholesaler.

    • @LisaNatash
      @LisaNatash  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can definitely create this with real flowers if that's your preference. Soaking the floral foam in water would make them last. I chose to use faux flowers as a means to save time since all my wedding decor was done by me. Thanks for watching.

      Making the stands were not included in the video; however, the beginning of the video explains in detail how they were made.

      I was looking for that I don’t see where you explain how to make the stand.

      The stands that are displayed in the thumbnail of the video (wood stand) were briefly explained in the first part of the video. I even mentioned the size screws used. I don't have a video making it. Myself and my husband just drill screws in the wood and dowels to hold it in place. If it's the glass stands that's in the video you are referring to, I was just using those for creating the top of the centerpiece. The explanations for those are brief as well and in another video. I just glued it together. I don't remember which video. However, the thumbnail will have the glass stand displayed. I hope that helped. I think this is the link for the glass stand th-cam.com/video/t2ckMRHwQhQ/w-d-xo.html
