- Here's how my first couple days of fishing went on Lake Allatoona! There was a good topwater bite the first day, and the second day ended up being fairly challenging due to a thunderstorm!

Been fishing Allatoona all my life, my brother in laws Dad goes at least 3 times a week and slays the spots on a white fluke, he dips them in dip n glow and tears them up every single time, that's all he uses, Thanks For Sharing, Good Luck🐟
Thanks for the tip! I might have to try that next time! I appreciate you watching!
I agree. Go at least once a week. 6 minutes from house to ramp. Weightless white fluke with chartreuse tail, drop shots and square bills. Never been skunked in last 5 years.
@@surfdad6759 what color/pattern squarebill would you recommend for Allatoona?
@@mateosfishing4860 I like a blue ish type in dead winter. Yellow black early spring and fall. Spring summer i go with shad pattern , white/blue/purple with some shine. Good luck. Match the hatch for sure.
Tough couple of days at the office, but that's fishing!
Yup! Thanks for watching!
It’s always exciting to learn a new lake, especially when you’re able to go without getting skunked!
Yeah, I was definitely glad I didn’t get skunked! Thanks for watching man!
If you go past the camp ground and go around the corner you’ll see a huge rock on land. That was my hang out behind my house as a kid! Cool spot to chill on!
Cool! Thanks for watching!
Did you grow up in Westland Mill Subdivision? I assumed you're talking about Kellogg Creek campground? I use to camp there constantly as a kid and spent alot of time hanging out on that rock lol, I still fish there occasionally and look for Arrowheads down there when the waters down.
Top water is always fun!! Nice vid
It sure is! Thanks for watching man!!
Suns not out, good time for top water.
Try Carter's lake also sometime
nothing like a good topwater day
Yeah, gotta love topwater! Thanks for watching!
Kellogg creek is my favorite area to fish. You should try Clark creek also
Bro I love this channel you deserve more subscribers
Thanks man!
Raider gang!!
A lot of fish in that lake
Nice video. I just relocated here to powder springs and looking for a lake. I heard of lake allatoona. What's the name of the boat ramp where you launched? I eager to get on the water. Thks.
Nice vid. Ever fish the Chattanooga? Supposed to be great catfish and bass
Thanks! I’ve never actually fished in Chattanooga, but I’ve fished some places not too far from it. I appreciate you watching!
What kind of boat you got Aaron
what boat are you using? is it good?
I’m using the Pelican Bass Raider 10e. I’ve only had it for a month or so, but so far I really like it. It’s way more stable than a kayak and 2 people can comfortably fish out of it.
What bridge is that?
I used to live 5 mins from there!
I live walking distance from there. funny thing is, I don't fish there much.
