how to trigger google apps script rest api from browser editor

ever encountered the infamous "The API Key and the authentication credential are from different projects." error or the "Request had insufficient authentication scopes." & my personal favourite "You cannot switch to a project without a configured OAuth consent screen." errors while trying to use the google apps script rest api?
