I've imported the model and try to generate a grid,but,the software is telling me "Grid generation canceled because only one column boundary would have been created. I've tried so many other ways to do it,but to no avail. Would be so happy if anyone would help

Hi Seyed, which GUI are you using.ModelMuse? Could you please use ModelMuse 3.9 or more. I havent ever had failure in modeflow package selection. If you failed to correct it, send me you model as zip file, i can check. it.
In MODFLOW, what is important the Recharge derived from ppt when you delt with subsurface flows. You can use infiltration derived from ppt in UZF package or recharge rate from the surface water balance.
