Cool, je me suis abonnée direct ... Je confirme que les différents Hz agissent sur le corps et le moral , mais il faudrait écouter tous les jours, comme un mantra, je pense, non ??.... si quelqu'un peut me répondre !!... I have had dry AMD and using these resources I've healed the black spot from eyes. It took 4mos but I did it. I still do the above daily as maintenance to keep my sight good at 67yrs old.👍

Eye exercises daily and taking nutrients. It took 4.5mos and I reversed AMD. I still do exercises and take nutrients daily. Be confident and meditate "my eyes are healing and they are healed. I see very good and my vision is good"! Stay with it and you may get results. Taking walks help too in blood circulation in your eyes.

Ahora comenzaré a escuchar, espero recuperar mi vista, cada año cambio lentes y cada par viene con muchisimo aumento al cual me tengo que acostumbrar, sé que algo está mal...no lo encuentro normal, ademas cada vez más gruesos por lo mismo mas pesados, me lastiman la nariz...sé que la música es mágica, aunque no me creen yo ne sane de fibromialgia gracias a la música...ahora recuperaré mi vision al 100% , lo sé y lo decreto, después de unos dias les comento 😉 ❤
