I haven’t had chitterlings in years. You’ve gotta trust the establishment where you purchase them from. Not everyone cleans them until the water runs clear. I’ve heard if there is an odor their not cleaned. 🤔🤷🏽♀️ I’m glad you enjoyed them. Did you call them for your collard greens? It’s hard to find good service anymore!
