Honestly, people underestimate just how traumatized izuku probably is man. He's just a kid and he's been through so much over and over again without any time to actually process and recover 😕

And to make things worse, he has the burden of saving the whole world now 😭 if he's gone, there's no one in shigaraki's way and everything will be destroyed

@@totallynotlumii EXACTLY. this poor kid is literally TRAUMATIZED and hasn't processed it or had time to recover because he's to busy carrying the burden of saving all his loved ones and the entire world by defeating a Group of villains plus the most powerful one while they're all out to get him just because of his quirk. In my opinion, he would've been better off staying quirkless but then he'd still have to deal with society treating him like he's less than nothing. This kid literally can't escape mistreatment and get to be happy, there's so much to say about what he's been though and him as a person man. Poor kid :(

@@Purple_blankett I think he definitely has tendencies to self-harm in the way that he's too reckless with himself in the face of danger, like he either doesn't care for himself or views himself as unimportant etc. It can be heroic but also concerning.
The suicide thing I don't think so.
We don't see him take it to heart, but we see him getting mad at bakugou for saying it.
I think deku didn't take it seriously bc he knows bakugou better than anyone and likely knew he didn't mean it but he knew that if bakugous victim was anybody else BUT himself that they likely could've taken it seriously & it could lead to consequences that could damage bakugou in both his career and the guilt he'd carry, hence why we don't see him take it seriously but actually get mad afterwards etc.

I write down their personalities, habbits tics or things they often say. So i can impersonalize them better, like as example stain knew that shigaraki has had an eye on Izuku Midoriya so i wrote that up and turned it into dialogue.
