    Girl you got this !!!!!! You are MY inspiration. Living with Parkinson's at a young age has been my challenge and I started lifting small weights for toning and January I started working out on my Elliptical, I do about 4 to 6 miles on it and feel amazing. We can't ever stop our bodies from moving .... YOU got this ! So glad you are ok after that fall, could have been very serious. Blessing of Light and Love from Arizona in the USA

    Ive been dx with ms 3 years ago. I found your first video and subscribed right away, Im proud of you for your motivation to inspire others. Good luck on your marathon, I will follow you on ig as well..chow!

    Ahh this is great. You're going to kill it! I've been wanting to run outside more but it's been snowing too much here in the Northeast of the U.S.
    Keep it up though, can't wait to hear about how it goes!

    It may sound weird, but I usually read the description box FIRST when the video comes on. Anyway, cool to see ya out there doing it. Consistency is the way to go. Great job and have fun with it! :)

    I’m trying so hard to get back to walking normal I’ve had ms for 10 years and it never bothered me until last year and got LEmtrada now it’s a learning game...
