Its very possible if it was not for the second bidder - the winning bidder could have won the property for $400,000! We never know what is going to happen at the tax sale.. The wining bidder won this property for around 10%-15% of its Market Value, WOW! Also, with more expensive property there is usually less bidders at the top. I love this property! This is an amazing example of what's possible with tax sales. Of course, being possible doesn't mean easy. You have to be in the right place at the right time, and you need to have the capital prepared, but there are some incredible opportunities out there with tax sales!
