  • Nameste Friends,
Manyata Tech Park is located in North Bangalore, Karnataka. It is a dedicated for technology company offices. Bengaluru is not just famous for it's weather, but also it's IT power.
Bangalore has several such big and small IT parks. Tech companies are also scattered across Bengaluru outside tech parks as well. Bangalore is often called the Silicon Valley of India and works like a power train to its economy. It all started during the late 1990s with a humble beginning and today the city's vibes are known around the world for its IT.
Namma Metro will soon get connected to the tech park through the station being constructed at Nagawara. Walking in Manayata Tech Park is a detox for the natives and the traveller. Some travel vlog is available for the same.
I would like to thank the management of Manyata Tech Park for letting me take a video of their premises. I would also like to thank the authorities, municipal and government for such robust development. As always, thank you, TH-cam, for providing me a platform.
Thank you for giving your valuable time to watch this video. Please like, subscribe, share and comment.

There is a nice section from 4:25 to 4:45.
But overall, there are too many shortcomings.
The buildings may be nice, but in too many places, ugly boundary walls, shabby pavements and dusty roads give a very third world feel. Everything seems half done and poorly finished.
Around 6:30, there are visible attempts to plant some creepers on the boundary wall. This should be done everywhere so ugly boundary walls can be concealed with appropriate greenery. At 9:12 it is nice that the central pillars are draped with greenery. Wish the same was done with the boundary wall on the left.
Sadly, this inattention to fine details is to be seen everywhere in India. In the end, everything has to look poor and beggarly or just partially modern. What a shame. Bandra Kurla for instance has many very nice modern buildings. Yet, the overall impression (because of very shabby roads, central dividers and ugly pavements) isn't at all impressive.
Yet, I do see examples in South Delhi and Gurgaon, where some private developers have built as per global standards such as in Cyber Hub or Worldmark. Or Advant in Noida. These should be the benchmarks for modern development all over India.

All of, if not at least 65%-75% of Bengaluru and all other major Indian cities like Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad should have high rises and skyscrapers like this in order to fit the population, hell, even 2nd and 3rd tier cities should be like what the big cities of India look like now.

Because the development authorities & developers have failed to understand the most basic concepts of town planning! This is a white collar industry zone made only for the employees & not for consumption driven businesses. It's small design philosophy which is making all the difference. All you find on the side of the roads is walls & security gates. There are no showrooms, shops, cafes, retros for general local public, tourists & visitors. What will people do after coming here other than getting bored & disappointed. That's why the footpaths & street infra also stays empty for majority of the time apart from shift changes of employees. Most IT oriented cities have this problem & we need to change that.
