I agree 100% with the breaks throughout the day... if I don't do this I just overload and the negative brain chatter which I feel sometimes isn't even mine, becomes overwhelming. I am starting to link the nervous system gaps with this tingling feeling also... profound awareness or realistic then comes through

I really appreciate the depth and clarity of your videos Charlie. I’m a 4/6 splenic projector about 6 years into my human design journey. Your videos are addressing some of the deeper questions that are coming up for me about how to live my designer. I grew up with 5 generators, highly conditioned, and the de- conditioning only started after I came down off the roof. But now I understand my Projector nature the pain and struggles of my first 50 or so years make sense.
