Suffered from really bad depression but kept it to myself mostly. Told my parents once and they both dismissed it. Couple of years later I had a manic episode and ended up in the hospital. My parents came in and were asked by the doctors if there was any family history. My mom told the physician that she suffered really bad post partum depression after her second child and her younger brother (my uncle who I always thought as being normal) had twice been admitted to a psyche ward. I was shocked at never having known any of this and made me realize I wasn't just crazy.

@@aminr4281 I apologize. I didn't mean it in a bad way. But yeah there's a lot of stigma around spoiled rich kids. I reaped the benefits of it, I was always made to feel guilty about it. There's nothing wrong with paying forward the good that you've been given. The pastor preached about that at church one morning.

I love Sebastian he’s funny as always, but it’s not true, it’s not only elitist families… A lot of broke college kids with student loans travel through Europe backpacking staying at hostels… It’s part of seeing the world and becoming a little cultured. I’m sure there are rich people but I don’t know rich people that stay in hostels .. they stay in five-star resorts! But it’s OK not all comedy is factual

I must've grown up with some sort of ultra rare scenario; My parents have always been the greatest people in my life, greater than any of the relationships I've made with so called "friends". I still had to work my ass off though to earn a living and was never given any handouts.
