Honestly the trauma we go through is overwhelming and passed on from one generation to another. At times you really have to look at your parents and realize that they didn't know any better as they are also a product of chaotic upbringing. Also your grandparents were probably a direct effect of clueless and scarred parenting. Thus it becomes generational circle if one is not willing to acknowledge, forgive and heal the trauma. I am sending light of healing to everyone who is going through the most because of generational trauma. Ayurveda to everyone🙏
