I have followed Spurs good, bad, terrible and indifferent since 1978 and I can honestly say I couldn’t care less if Arsenal win the league, I would say well done, move on and look forward to next season. It’s about time the small minded Spurs fans give up worrying about Arsenal and get behind their club, that is all that matters.

The fact that you hear so many fans outright saying they are rooting for their team to *lose* means that, in their minds, the top 4 race is *already* essentially over (given that Tottenham *must* win *both* remaining matches, and even *then* - given the goal difference - if Aston Villa *draws* at home against Crystal Palace, they've "unofficially" secured top 4 on goal difference unless Tottenham outscores their opponents by >9 goals in the next two matches), and that the only question left is whether or not their biggest rivals will have *only* Champions League bragging rights over them or *both* title and Champions League bragging rights over them!
