I also use ipad 6th gen and just downloaded the ios17. It definitely works fine
The iPad works amazingly the box came a little dirty, th-cam.com/users/postUgkxUGaHtKW8MwCql2fPyIm9-ftTqSMzKFFA no plastic wrap, but the box was sealed and had everything else in the box along with the wrapping, the iPad itself is gorgeous, I got the yellow 64g game storage is good for me along with Socials and school stuff. No scratches or marks came with the charger and box fast speed, and if you are buying a pen get the 1st gen don’t make the mistake I did !!

@@murloc2134I have the iPad 6th gen also and it’s black, it’s not the absolute best quality BUT it is very very nice!! I recommend for a low budget but still a super nice iPad! I love mine!

This was my introduction to digital art. I got this iPad for Christmas 2018. About three years in, I desperately begged my mom for an iPad Pro, which I still have but don’t use as often as there’s a small crack in it I’m too broke to afford. I got an iPad Air last month which has since been my main apple device.
At about the end of its lifespan of me owning the iPad 6, I dropped it from my bed and a small hairline crack (near the top left corner formed). I used it despite this until I got my Pro.
Bought this ipad when it was released. It has been more than 6 years and I am surprised how it still performs so well.
I had the 6th when it came out. It was great to watch videos play games and that was all i really used it for. plus a little school work since i was young.i then upgraded to the 8 gen they have similar features except the 8th has a better chip,faster charger,and a bigger display.but both are good and cheap

It's really good! But I recommend that you buy it with at least 64gb. I have a 32gb and the storage runs out very quickly.

does it works for ipad 9.7 inch (2016)
Using the 6th generation for a few years now. Had it after a few months of it being released, and the iPad is still working awesome. The only downfall is that there are no more iPad cases that are 6th generation, the oldest they got now is the 9th. Really sad by it as my case keeps on tearing apart as there is also a screen protector included in the case. My father also forgot what was the product brand as well.
But then again, it is truly wonderful that this iPad is eligible to go for IOS 17. That is wonderful. 😅 I don't really trust online purchases when it comes to gadgets, but is it possible for me to know where you got your case from? Thanks.

Yes it does my daughter just smashed her 9th gen and as her bday was oct 25th with an iphone being gift i couldbt afford to get the new one for Christmas so i git refurbished 6th gen as she has pencil and it takes new uodates so far is great on procteate etc

its a great ipad if u like to play games like roblox or stuff like that, plus its a great budget ipad, i have kept mine since i was 9, im 12 now. But when i was 10, i got mad and stabbed my ipad with scissors, but im getting it fixed on monday. Also great for watching movies and acessories, if you have kids it is also a great device for them to pass the time, great device and great unboxing video.👍
It’s a nice iPad for Roblox clicker games,obby games, and some other light games on Roblox.
More demanding Roblox games like driving empire is a nightmare on this iPad. Overall it’s a nice iPad considering its age.
It’s good for music and causal things on the internet.

Hello! For me it's not that heavy at just 469g! I also used to own a Samsung Galaxy tab (10.1) and it was a bit heavier at over 500g but it was still okay. Hope this helps! 💕

Hello! It's quite enough for streaming or watching! For note taking, if you'll use it daily for school then I suggest getting a bigger GB just to be sure. Although I was able to use it daily when I was reviewing for my board exams & I didn't have any problems at all! 💕

Hi! It still is very much useful especially for note taking & the use of basic apps. I was also able to upgrade it to the latest iPadOS. Unless, of course, if you need to use performance-draining apps then I suggest a newer model. Hope this helps! ☺️
im still using it now since its release in 2018, its still as smooth but cannot operate graphic heavy apps 😃 but its perfect for school

How long battery last?
The battery lasts 1-3 days on me depending on which apps I use. If I use it to take notes, watch TH-cam or Netflix then it can last about 2-3 days. But if I play games on it then I need to charge it after a day. 😊
