Hi Johnny....I'm still alive but running out of steam. I should be out and about but the Flu epidemic has me concerned about riding city busses or getting out in crowds, to do any shopping. The snow birds from up North and other places, always drags the Flu bug down here and I'm at the age, where I have to look out for my health. I watch your videos whenever I can get on the computer. Love all the cameras and REALLY love that electronic map. Glad you had the opportunity to go snowmobiling. I don't mind looking at pictures of snow but VERY, VERY GLAD I don't have to be in it any more!

I always said I'd buy a nixe size ranch style home with a farm and lots of acreage around me. Far from any city or freeway and I'd buy enough land where I wouldn't have to worry about any development or a walmart being dropped next to my house. Or I'd buy a house overlooking the ocean high up on the rocks with plenty of land around me. I'd never buy mansion waste of money.

People build expensive houses by the freeway because...hooked on fumes. Plus they are looking for you tube truckers. One family looked at the world map & decided to live on an island. They thought it is a good location.Next thing the unexpected happened.Britain vs Argentina ( Falklands Islands ) war !!! Too much traffic at 9pm

That would get old living next to a freeway. I like to be in a rural area with little traffic.
