I grew up with Tibetian, all my Tibetian friends have Nepalese passport, and they travel all around the world....there are certain Tibetian who are spying for Bharat....considered themselves Bharatiya ....that include Dalai lama....this certain types of Tibetian with their problem can not be generalized......I have many tibetians from Bauddha, they are almost 99% given Nepalese passport.....and I am proud to be their friend.
