It is not far fetched for animals to lose their sense of fear of humans when they are starving. They do that today. If you encounter a scrawny predator, it will go after you as food because they are desperate for food, as a result of world wide famine.

I dont know nearly as much as you about the word of God. I was thrust into faith and my questions are many. In the little I have been opened too, i was taught to believe that human life itself is given by the holy spirit. He remains until our death. Baptism perhaps gives Gods acknowledging the faith of the believer and seems to me to be as a seal of God that the Baptized accepts the salvation from faith of the person Baptized. Jesus was without sin but faced temptation which he resisted but to have immoral thought is sin. Jesus wanted to be Baptized to seal his perfection and be totally righteous as a living man. Just my thoughts and i have many questions myself and wish i could just. with folks with knowledge like you. Though i lack answers to many questions, i dont lack faith. I was agnostic all of my life and always asked God to show me he is real. All i can say is he showed me in a way i hope few experience. Lack of answers dont hurt our faith but if we surrender our faith by not seeking answers (knowledge), then we may surrender our salvation. I dont know much nor do i know what i dont know, but Jesus is our savior and that is one question that i dont have! God Bless

You are absolutely right Nicky - the Bible does not teach a PRE TRIB rapture - it teaches that God will not put his own thru His wrath! which is almost at the end of Daniel’s 70th week - sorry but wrath and tribulation are not interchangeable words - we will go thru tribulation exercised by the anti-christ but not God’s wrath which follows the “great tribulation”.

If Jesus was begotten of the holy spirit, why does galations say that the spirit came to live in him? Why was psalm 2:7 misquoted at Jesus' baptism when the HS descended upon him? Why was this even a necessary part of the story if the holy spirit was already within him. And why do we call the Father his father and not the Holy Spirit as his Father? According to the trinity doctrine they cannot be each other, Father vs Son, vs HS. Its time for preachers to stop evading the questions people have been asking for since at least the time of the printing press, for 490 years. No more of this "its a mystery" business. People aren't going to settle for it any longer.
Dear Sister, why not go to God with this? Let Him show you and answer all the questions you have. If you believe Him to be true, if you trust His word and you humbly ask Him to reveal the truth to your questions, He will.
