7:35 timing publishing of videos only really should matter if you have true followers who enjoy a habit of seeing something new at a certain day. Even in that case, I would probably post early on that day for the people who are specifically going to look for a new one from you. I’m speaking from a habitual viewer’s pov. This is more true for periodic livestreamers.

i am curious a lot of people are saying you should niche down your viewer and not the topic .... I have a cooking channel and I have viewers of all ages so I cannot focus on a type of viewer because if I focused on seniors like myself I would miss out on other viewers.

I know you said you don't like videos where people say why they haven't been posting and what they plan in future. I haven't posted in a month due to personal health issues and I was thinking of posting an update just to let people know where I am at and why I haven't posted.
