Great your back . God job .😁✌👍👊💯 Love the show . Probably could use a rust encapsulate inside the door to be sure of no rust . Expensive but reassuring .
I did hit everything with weld through primer but didn't film those bits. I don't like throwing things in if I haven't personally used them before. Just trying to delay the inevitable midwest rot on this thing as long as possible. Thanks for watching James!
That probably would have helped. I also had the wrong torch nozzle shield on at the start. I don't know how that one ended up on there, but the other one definitely worked better towards the end of doing this. I'll keep that in mind if I end up stuck outside again when I move onto the other side. Thanks!
Thanks TBONE! I've been away for a minute and thought this was scheduled to post last week, but oh well.. Back from vacation/wedding and I feel even more far behind... Thanks for watching and support!
Thank you! I'm happy with it so far. I really just want to yank the bed off and finish it though, but unfortunately it's on pause until I finish up this big blasting job.

Hey bud, If you're using a gas mig outside, you need to shield the torch with your free hand to stop the gas blowing away..

Personally I think you did a nice job.

HELLFIRE is f^@#$* Jammin . Took 5 tries but we got it . Badass .
YES!~
Use the wire you are used to and adapt accordingly. Just like you did. It's all you can do
I had to make it work. The thinner gauge worked much better on the van, but for whatever reason the spool keeps binding/breaking now.
Would have thought that you would have sprayed rust retardant in side panel?
I did prep the panels with weld through primer too, off camera but it was done. I painted the whole inside of the panel and the outside cutouts.
