ANY leftover Bread or rolls
1 bulb garlic chopped(about 1/4 cup
1 stick butter or 1/2 cup olive/Veg Oil
1 pound Mushrooms (getting water spotted ok!)
4 Green Onion chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup cognac, wine, or any liquor(optional)
Salt and Pepper
